Our Train-the-Trainer (T3) Training workshop enables individuals with no prior formal training experience to create and deliver effective training that gets results. Skills include classroom training and structured on-the-job training that conveys knowledge and develops job skills. This course is typically conducted for individuals with technical or subject matter knowledge who will become internal trainers for their organizations.

At the completion of this workshop, participants will:
Explain the process of adult learning
Describe the major characteristics of adult learners
Create effective learning objectives
Describe the various types of instructional methods
Develop a training plan
Explain the four levels of training evaluation
The one-day workshop and includes presentation of key concepts, small group exercises and the creation of training plans and class activities that internal trainers can use in designing future classes. The two-day workshop includes videotaped practice teaching exercises along with feedback from instructors and students.
