About APS

APS is a Veteran-Owned Small Business

Since 1994, APS has provided documentation, training and consulting services to over 200 clients worldwide to address specific business and technical performance improvement needs. APS works collaboratively with its clients to identify specific needs and to design and implement effective strategies for improvement. Our core competencies are:

  • Developing equipment-specific standard operating procedures, preventive maintenance programs, and lockout-tagout programs

  • Preparing custom technical documentation including operations and maintenance training manuals, troubleshooting guides, and job aids

  • Design, development and delivery of technical training programs

  • Design and delivery of personal skills and leadership training programs

  • Providing problem solving and performance improvement training and consulting services

The APS Team
The strength of the APS team stems from its many years of working together to create practical, cost-effective solutions to address our clients’ performance and training needs. The principals of APS have been working and solving client problems together for over 30 years. Every member of the APS team has real-world, hands-on experience in areas such as plant operations and maintenance, training design and delivery, human resources management and consulting, and project technical and financial management. Each team member brings a specific area of needed professional expertise to ensure success of the client’s project.
