Operations Support  APS’ procedures and technical documentation improve comprehension of correct operating steps and methods and result in increased productivity and reduced downtime. APS’ standard operating procedures (SOPs) serve as a source of technically correct and clearly written “how to” information for on-the-job training (OJT) programs.
